Q: Can I get free delivery?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all products.

Q: Will my order be trackable?
A: Your order will always be trackable. The only exception to this is for orders dispatched to a postal box.

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order dispatches, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.

Q: Do the posters come framed, or is the frame not included?
A: We no longer offer the sale of framed posters. We now only sell the printed posters in museum quality or download the digital files for printing at the highest quality. However, we can make a custom order to our supplier, and deliver the posters already framed, or the posters and frames separately.

The frames of our supplier are of very good quality, they are the ones you can see in our videos and pics, but the fact that the weight of the product increases so much makes the shipping more expensive, making it impossible to offer free shipping. This is the reason why we removed the option from the store. If you are interested in ordering with frames, let us know and we will create a custom order. 

Our recommendation would be simply the posters printed on our museum quality paper. You can buy good quality frames from IKEA, Leroy Merlin or Amazon. For our posters we recommend a black frame. If you want to receive our posters directly framed in our quality frames calculate the price of the poster itself + 40€ for shipping and 30€ for the frame and mounting.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

Q: Do you deliver internationally? 
A: Yes, we deliver to more than 200+ countries worldwide and have local production in 32 countries thanks to our network of more than 130+ print partners. 

Distributed production across multiple locations not only speeds up delivery times but also helps reduce costs and carbon emissions and enables us to support local businesses.

Q: Where are my products produced?
A: We are constantly expanding our product range, and not all items are offered and produced in all locations. Sometimes, we may route an order to a different producer and ship the product internationally, rather than to the location closest to the customer. Where an order is routed is determined by an algorithm that works to ensure stock availability, production capacity, and logistics to ensure a smooth and fast delivery.

Our local presence still enables us to produce 95% of your orders in the same country as where they are delivered, and we are constantly expanding our network to include more countries and territories. We deliver worldwide to countries where we do not offer local production.

Q: At what time will my order be delivered?
A: Normally all deliveries will be made within normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages are delivered by 6pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 6pm you can view your tracking information in your Order History. You can also Contact Us at any time and we’ll be glad to assist.
